CCLS Smart Vending (“we”, “us”) is a family-run business serving locations across South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you contact us. If you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, what you’re interested in, your type of location, roughly how many people are on site, and your message.
When you browse the site. Our website is hosted by WordPress.com, which may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and may use cookies to keep the site working and to produce visitor statistics.
Payments at our smart markets. We don’t collect payment card details through this website. Purchases made at our machines are processed by the machine’s payment provider.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss hosting a smart market or advertising on our LED screens
- To arrange site visits, installation and ongoing service if we work together
- To keep basic records of our business conversations
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it
We won’t send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as WordPress.com, which hosts this website and processes contact form submissions, and our email provider. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship and any period required for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
